1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale of products offered by Eli Peacock (“Seller,” “we,” or “our”) through our official online store. By placing an order, the customer (“Buyer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Product Nature & Handmade Craftsmanship

Eli Peacock specializes in handmade and couture accessories, individually crafted by artisans in our atelier. Each item is unique, and minor variations in color, shape, or detailing may occur. These variations are a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship and shall not constitute a defect.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices displayed on our website are final and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout. Delivery times are estimates only; Eli Peacock is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or external factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title to the products transfer to the Buyer upon delivery by the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Handmade and Couture Products: All handmade, bespoke, and couture items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the purchase is completed (pursuant to legal exemptions).

Ready-to-Wear Accessories: Items from ready-to-wear collections may be eligible for return or exchange, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Custom Orders

For custom-made designs, the Buyer acknowledges that these are produced according to individual specifications and therefore are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eli Peacock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, brand names, and logos are the intellectual property of Eli Peacock and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.

9. Governing Law
