1. Handmade & Couture Products

All handmade, bespoke, and couture products are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased, as they are made-to-order and fall under legal exemptions.

2. Ready-to-Wear Accessories

Ready-to-wear items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and must include the original protective tag attached. Items with removed or tampered tags will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

Before sending back any product, the Buyer must contact Eli Peacock Customer Care via email and provide the reason for return. Only after Eli Peacock’s confirmation may the return process be initiated. All returns must be shipped to the official return address below. Returns shipped to any other address will not be accepted.

4. Refunds
