Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 5PM, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day. All Eli Peacock orders are shipped from Istanbul/ Turkey. Please allow 1-3 business days for the order processing.
International Orders
Eli Peacock offers Free Shipping on all International Orders outside Turkey. You are responsible to pay for the calculated duties and/or taxes as determined by country of destination. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
Returns
