Delivery
We will be sending you an order confirmation email once your order has been completed. Your order will be shipped within maximum 3-7 working days and a tracking email is going to be sent to you. As our production time varies for your custom design orders, we will inform you about the status of the item after you complete the order. According to our agreements; Turkey and international shipping time takes place between 1 to 3 business days maximum.
Refund
You should send an e-mail to info@elipeacock.com within this period of time to use the right of return. If this right is used, the products in return, must be sent to Elipeacock in a complete and undamaged form with the original box, packaging, standard accessories and free promotions, if any. In addition, with the example of cargo delivery report (in accordance with the tax legislation) and the original invoice must be delivered to Elipeacock. The shipping price of the returned product is covered by you. We will be sending you an information e-mail when your return shipment reaches us. After checking the conformity of the products with the return conditions, return of the payment for accepted return claims will be sent to your bank within two business days. Your refund is made by your bank to your credit card. This process depends entirely on the internal processes of the bank you work with.The return transactions of the orders issued on behalf of a corporate invoice cannot be realized unless a return invoice is issued. The return invoice must be arranged without including the shipping cost (product unit price + VAT). Due to our company policy, no return / exchange is made for our custom designed / prepared products. Products that have been sent without the invoice or incomplete products and products that are found to be used cannot be returned.
